Vital Basic – £150 (£195 with ECG)
Overview:
A foundational health check offering essential measurements, blood analysis, and organ function screening. Ideal as a preventative health MOT.
Includes:
- Core Measurements: Height, weight, waist/hip, BMI, blood pressure, pulse

What does a private Health Check involve?
Our Private Health Checks are designed for people with busy lives. They’re quick, convenient and completely stress-free—no invasive procedures, no awkward questions, no long trips and no crowded waiting rooms.
1. Choose and book your package
Select the package that suits you, then book your appointment at a time and date that’s convenient for you using our online booking service. If you’d like to include additional tests, just give our team a call before your appointment and we’ll arrange it for you.
2. Attend your appointment
During your visit, your Health Assessment Specialist will take a blood sample and ask a few simple questions about your health and lifestyle. They’ll also carry out a lung function test, biometric analysis and key measurements such as height and weight. The entire appointment takes around 30 minutes.
3. Laboratory processing
Your samples and readings are sent to our trusted UK laboratories for analysis.
If a critical result is identified at any stage, we’ll contact you immediately (critical results are defined by national guidance and our partner laboratories). Other abnormal findings will be clearly flagged as amber or red in your final report.

4. Receive your results
Your results will be compiled into a clear, easy-to-read report, complete with a straightforward red, amber and green colour-coding system so you can quickly identify any areas that may need attention. Results are typically available from 3 days, depending on the tests included.

Take your report away – download it and review it in your own time or share it with your GP.
